I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel apartment and I must say, it was a comfortable and delightful experience. the location was just perfect, situated not too far from Mall of Emirates in the al Barsha area. Secondly, the staff, particularly Ms. Ashmita and the rest of the team, were incredibly helpful and made sure I had a pleasurable stay. Lastly, the rooms were large and clean, with all the comforts one could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchen. These aspects, along with the reasonable prices, made my stay truly enjoyable.
No major issues, everything was ok.

The personnel is helpful, the hotel offers housekeeping service, late check-out and airport shuttles. Appreciated a fully equipped kitchen, it was ideal for our purposes. Special note of thanks to manager. Property is a great place for a trip in Dubai.

the location was great, with easy access to the metro station and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the room was incredibly clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the rooftop pool and gym facilities. it was a wonderful experience.
I did notice a slight issue with the noise levels from nearby construction, which could be a bit disruptive at times.

the only problem is the telephone number on your website was for another hotel for the same chain so when we called to ask for directions they lead us to the other hotel and it was really confusing and stressing

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the nearby shopping mall and public transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a great night's sleep. the hotel offered free luggage storage, allowing me to check out early and explore the city before my departure.
There were a few downsides to my stay. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with minimal cleaning services provided during my time there.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean with good furniture and had all the basic kitchen stuff we needed. The staff, especially Ashmita at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The location was perfect, as it was only a 5-minute walk to Mall of the Emirates and a short taxi ride to Dubai Marina. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out, which was convenient.
All was good.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Al Barsha area and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. the hotel offered great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and fully equipped with a kitchen that had all the comforts of home. The location was also convenient, not too far from the Mall of Emirates. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a tasty breakfast to start the day off right.
The overall experience was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults.

it is clean, quiet and comfortable. easy to reach and has no problem in parking.
mainly i faced two situations related to each other and it is as follows. you don't have the " do not disturb" sign to use when it is neccessary and the "please clean my room" sign as well.during my stay in opal living i was doing the night shift at my work, which means i'll be sleeping on day time. the second day i received a call around 10 o'clock am asking if i need to clean my room which in fact woke me up and the 4th day i woke up around noon time by the voice of the person coming to clean my room, and the surprise was when i saw him standing on the door step with the door opened. with the lack of these two signs and because of the two incidents mentioned previously i could not feel my privacy 100%.
